rclone-statements is a personal, single-user setup of rclone. It copies the owner's own files from the owner's computer to the owner's own Google Drive.
It is not a public service, and nobody else can sign in to it or use it.
It uses only the Google Drive drive.file permission, so it can see only the files that it uploads itself.
